Severe restrictions on NII for human chain

Anyone looking to be on the move tomorrow around lunchtime and afternoon should avoid the NII, as there will be severe restrictions due to the Via Catalana, the pro-independence human chain.

With the day a public holiday in Catalonia many people not involved in the rally will be meeting friends or family for lunch, but with the chain extending down along the length of the NII, the road will face closure half an hour before the appointed hour (17:14) and front 14:30 traffic will be limited.

If you’re on the move tomorrow you need to plan around it.
