Tossa restaurants showcase “fideus a la cassola” in June

This month sees the fourth fair of fideus a la cassola in Tossa de Mar, in which local restaurants showcase the dish, a kind of paella made with short noodles.

Seventeen restaurants are taking part in the fair, which runs throughout June, demonstrating different ways to cook the dish, such as the black noodles cooked with squid ink.
